Ashland book club

The ABC book club meets on the third Tuesday at 5:00pm. The next meeting is January 21 and the book is Where the Crawdads sing by Delia Owens.  Below are some of the books they have read.

Prairie Skies Public Library Book Club "B00KIES"  meet on the 4th Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM (except for November they meet on the third Thurs.  because of Thanksgiving) in the Plains meeting room, 555 Buckeye Road, Pleasant Plains, IL located behind Casey's General Store.   New Members are always welcome!

Cookbook book club

We have a book club especially for people interested in recipes and cookbooks.  Each month the group will be looking at different cookbooks, discussing the recipes and making a recipe from the cookbook(s) to share.

The next meeting will be at Pleasant Plains on Thursday Dec. 5 starting at 6pm. At this meeting they will be sharing their favorite recipe. Anyone is invited to join in and share their favorite dish.
